Brief introduction

Dynamic gas calibration instrument is a microprocessor based calibration instrument used to calibrate the precision gas analyzer. Using high precision mass flow controller, controlling the flow of standard concentration compressed gas and dilution gas, the zero calibration and calibration of the gas analyzer can be carried out.

XHCAL2000B can be equipped with an optional UV ozone generator that provides accurate and reliable concentrations of ozone gas; and is equipped with an internal gas phase titration (GPT) chamber, a mixture of NO standard gases and ozone, producing standard concentrations of NO2 gas. In order to improve the accuracy of the ozone generator and GPT, an optional ozone spectrometer can be internally configured to accurately measure the concentration of ozone produced. In order to ensure the highest accuracy of the NO2 output, the configuration of the ozone spectrometer calibration instrument in the pre GPT can be pre accurate measurement of ozone concentration.
