Introduction

 The Y-103 Working Vibration Meter is a battery-powered portable vibrometer that measures the acceleration, velocity and displacement of mechanical vibrations. The measured value is displayed directly by the liquid crystal display. The technical parameters of the instrument conform to the national standard ISO-2954 "Rotation and reciprocating mechanical vibration - vibration intensity measuring instrument requirements", which can be widely used in various types of machinery and equipment, such as steam turbines, fans, compressors, motors, machine tools, etc. Monitoring and troubleshooting.

The instrument is compact in structure, simple in operation and convenient to carry, and is particularly suitable for use by equipment maintenance personnel at the production site. The instrument is equipped with a magnetic suction seat and a hand-held probe, which can be easily selected for measurement. The instrument has an AC output socket for recording and analysis of vibration signals.

Precautions

1. The instrument should not be used in environments with strong electromagnetic interference or corrosive gases. And should avoid strong vibration and shock.

2. The sensitivity of the instrument is adjusted at the factory according to the sensitivity of the sensor. When the sensor is exchanged, the instrument should be recalibrated.

3. If the instrument is not used for a long period of time, the battery should be taken out to avoid corrosion of the machine.

4 Every time the instrument is measured, it is necessary to turn off the power in time to extend the battery life.

5. The connecting cable of the sensor is easy to cause noise, and cable entanglement and large sway should be avoided. Another source of noise is poor contact of the connector. It should also be noted. To avoid damage to the cable, take the sensor in the correct way as shown below.

6. When installing or removing the sensor used in the instrument, be sure to do the correct way as shown in the figure below. Rotate the metal ring on the connector only, instead of rotating the non-metallic sheath of the wire, only rotate the metal ring on the connector, instead of Rotate the non-metallic sheath of the wiring to ensure the service life of the cable.

7. At the time of shipment, a magnetic short-circuit protection sheet is added to the front end of the magnetic base that is matched with each vibration sensor.
