TIME3220 Portable Surface Roughness Tester

Introduction

TIME3220 roughness tester is a handheld stylus surface roughness measuring instrument,it applies

 to the production site, aboratory,measuring room,measure a variety of surface roughness of machined parts,calculate

 corresponding parameters  ccording to the selected measurement conditions on the LCD display clearly shows all the

 measurement parameters and contour graphs.

When measuring surface roughness,the sensor on the measured surface of the workpiece, riven by the drive mechanism inside the instrument to do constant glide along the measured sensor

 surface, he sensor measured surface roughness feelings through the built- sharp stylus,this the measured 

surface roughness of the workpiece caused by the stylus is displaced,the displacement amount 

sensor inductance coil inductance changes, esulting in the measured surface roughness is proportional to the output of the analog type sensor,

the signal after amplified into the data acquisition system, nd then the data collection digitally filtering and parameter calculation, the measurement results on

 the LCD readout can also be output on the printer, ou can also communicate with the PC.
