Introduction:
Scientz-48 high-throughput tissue grinder is a new type of product specially designed by our company based on Scientz-192 products and according to the requirements of market users. The product adopts 7-inch large-screen touch screen display, the parameter setting is simple and intuitive, and the operation is stable. It is a special equipment that meets the requirements of multiple samples at the same time in the fields of research institutes, universities, agricultural institutes, biomedicine, food testing, etc.
The Scientz-48 high-throughput tissue grinder allows for simultaneous and rapid grinding of up to 48 samples in 3 minutes. It can be dry milled, wet milled, mixed and homogenized. For the extraction of nucleic acids in large-flux samples, the grinding efficiency and quality can be greatly improved. The high-throughput tissue grinder uses a closed disposable centrifuge tube during the grinding process to effectively avoid cross-contamination of the sample. By setting the same grinding procedure for the same tissue sample, the same polishing efficiency can be obtained, and the repeatability between samples is improved. Due to the grinding using the grinding ball, the grinding of the sample is more uniform and sufficient than the conventional grinding method. The high-throughput tissue grinder can also be used as a homogenizer to rapidly disperse the sample by using stainless steel balls or high-density glass beads or zirconia beads. The sample temperature does not rise during the homogenization process, and the speed can be adjusted.
