GNT-1000 Electronic-hydraulic universal testing machine  

Introduction 

GNT-Y-P Series Testers use state-of-art hydraulic horizontal push technology, solving the problems in large-load and mass tensile tests. The reasonable designed sample clamping force control can ensure excellent clamping effect for the materials with high strength and hardness, eg. steel strands and other samples especially difficult to be clamped. Two oil cylinders are clamped synchronously to ensure precise coaxiality for both thick and thin samples. The tester also solves the problem of the initial force on the sample after it isclamped in the wedge fixture.

Feature:

1. The working table and beam are made of cast steel, and the light bars and screws are made precisely with high performance structural alloy steel. The surface of light bars is chrome plated and polished for purposes ofbeautiful appearance and rust protection.

2. The coaxiality of the centerline between the upper and lower chucks with the tensile axis is 8%.

3. The oil cylinder is made with special processes. It is tightly sealed for long service life.

4. State-of-art electro-hydraulic servo valves and high-pressure oil pumps are used for low-noise and stableoperation.

5. The oil source is molded with plastic coated steel plates

6.Linear correction is performed in parts for sensors and extensometers to compensate their linear errors.
