Introduction:
HK-1309DC degassing conductivity analyzer adopts the heating boiling method to effectively remove CO2 in the water and conduct the conductivity measurement to obtain the true water quality hydrogen conductivity value. At the same time, it has a calculation pH unit and measures the ammonia matrix pure water. The specific conductance and positive conductance are used to calculate the pH. The working principle is in accordance with the German VGB-R 450 guideline. It can solve the problem of pH measurement in pure water and effectively avoid the disadvantages of pH electrode measurement. The following indicators can be measured:
1) Measuring the specific conductance and hydrogen conductivity of the sample water.
2) Calculate the sample pH, ammonia content, and CO2 content.
3) Measure sample water flow and monitor resin usage, and promptly replace resin.
4) Heat degassing (CO2) of the sample water passing through the column and measure its degassing hydrogen conductivity.
It is used for water quality monitoring in thermal power steam circulation systems (condensed water, deaerator inlet feed water, economizer inlet feed water, boiler water, saturated steam, superheated steam, and hot net heater drain).
