Flex One Photoluminescence Microspectrometer

    Flex One merges microscopy and spectroscopy to provide optimal coupling from sample all the way to the detector. Down-looking or side-looking configuration ensure flexible sample access. An optional, fully automated stage for mapping and sample-positioning is available. The Flex One offers a flexible platform for the use of multiple lasers for sample excitation. The system includes a vision camera so you always see what you are measuring.

    The Flex One is the most cost-effective and flexible microspectrometer solution.
    The main parts of Flex One include excitation source, microscopes light path, spectral acquisition and sample holder.

Optional automated function

    The standard automated mapping stage is 50*50mm travel with 1um accuracy. We also customize multiple travel mapping stages in order to meet different requirements(100*100mm, 150*150mm etc.).
    Scan step, velocity, area and related data can be set according to samples. The max scan velocity will be 180points/s, spatial resolution can be up to less than 10um with 3D display.

Mapping advantage with CCD as below

1. Save spectral information for each point
2. Users can make analysis by compare to spectral information of every point
3. Peak wavelength, fluorescent brightness and related data can be show by mapping. These information are very useful for material analysis.

Optional low temperature accessory

The low temperature sample shamble from 1.7K to 20K.

PL Spectrum Measurement

1. The red curve stands for Anode and the green curve stands for Cathode;
2. The photoluminescence peak of GaN/InGaN are 365nm and 475

EL Spectrum Measurement

Make sample’s electrodes connect Plus-n-Minus of DC power; Below(red curve) is EL curve; There will be clear blue light emission when the voltage is 2.5V) and the peak is around 475nm.
