Useing  three independent type quantitative pump design, greatly improving the reliability and

 accuracy of automatic acid alkali and automatic distillation.

1. electronic high             precision weighing system: net weight directly weighing the sample solution titration cup net weight, 

compared with the mechanical weighing the total weight of the traditional method, completely avoid

 the error brought by weighing titration collection cup weight different, greatly improving the weighing

 accuracy and reliability.

 2. corrosion, crystallization washing line function: for pipeline corrosion and crystallization instrument appears the 

most easily in use, in the instrument after use, as long as the open washer switch, it is convenient to clean the pipeline, 

to prevent crystallization corrosion instrument tube aging and lye.

 3. the waste liquid collecting plate can be easily disassembled, convenient cleaning, waste pollution to prevent 

corrosion

Cooling water stop protection of water: when the water without water or water generator is running, 

automatic 

stop running instrument, prevent cooling steam spray.

Distilled water is lacking of protection: distillation device with automatic water supply function, when

 the bucket 

of water supply of the distiller, automatic stop running distillation device, to prevent dry burning 

damage distiller.

At the full protection: corrosion resistant transparent security door, can observe the whole distillation process.

During the operation, such as the safety door is not closed, the instrument will lock key, to provide

 security protection.

Not collecting cup or replay protection: instrument operation, if the titration collection cup not on the

 tray or cup solution is full are overweight, instrument and automatic identification, prevent false acid

 and distilled action.
