 Following methods of hydride and graphite furnace, the analytical method of microelement enrichment is another one that improves the sensitivity of AA instrument. This method can be used to give effective enrichment to twenty kinds of elements such as Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Mn, Ni, Cr, Ca etc. It can improve the sensitivity of the flame AA instrument for three-quantity grade. In comparison with the method of graphite furnace, this analytical method has many characters such as higher measuring precision, a smaller interference to the sample, easy to operate, simple in structure and lower in price etc. Because it does not need nitrogen, argon and special chemical reagent in operation, the cost is equal to the cost of flame method. During measurement, no need to replace atomizer, but directly use flame method to measure. Thus, it not only reduces many auxiliary fittings but also make the process from the microelement analysis to the trace analysis to be simpler, convenient, especially when measuring the microelements such as seawater with denser salt, liquid with denser alkali. It is widely used for environmental monitoring of underground water, surface water, seawater etc, and the field of drinking water, food, health, medicine inspection, nonferrous metal and rock mine analysis.
 
Operating Principle
In ph5.5-6.5media, the metal ion of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd, Mn, Ni, Cr and Ca etc can be effectively absorbed by some special resin. However, they can be released under strong acid condition again. According to this character, we designed HGF-II enrichment apparatus to inject water solution containing above trace metal element continuously into the enrichment post made by the resin to density the sample. Feature
Model HGF-II microelement enrichment apparatus is a new enrichment unit that utilizes the aerodynamics theory and flow inject technology; it can replace the method of graphite furnace to carry out analysis of trace element in many fields.
Fast Measurement This unit has double operating channels for sample enrichment and measurement respectively. When enriching, the sample enter enrichment channel, enriched remaining liquid is directly drain out apparatus instead of entering the atomizer of AA instrument. When eluting and measuring, the sample is connected into the apparatus, thus greatly decreases measuring time. The time that enrich each sample from originally 3 minutes to 1 minute for single channel enrichment apparatus.
A Small interference to The Sample
During enriching, the interference matter in the sample is discharged through the enrichment channel; thus, the sample is more pure when measuring, especially high concentration salt sample such as seawater which can be directly measured without pretreatment.
High Sensitivity
Due to the time of enrichment is reduced, the depth of enrichment of sample is possible to be improved. HGF-II enrichment apparatus matching with Series HG-90 AA apparatus can improve the sensitivity of flame AA for three-quantity grade.
Easy to Operate
      This enrichment apparatus is intelligence equipment controlled by a single chip computer which is very easy to operate. Once press the start key, all measurements can be finished. When setting up a curve, the preparation of a kind of standard solution can give calibration curve with 1-3 points.
