FTTH drop cables, they are located on the subscriber end to connect the terminal of a distribution cable to a subscriber’s premises. They are typically small diameter, low fiber count cables with limited
unsupported span lengths, which can be installed aerially, underground or buried.
Self-supporting FTTH drop cable is constructed with one or two single-mode fiber (G.657A ).
The cable is protected by a dielectric strength member made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), steel wire and a LSZH outer jacket. Designed for outdoor installation, the cable is well suited for connections between the dome closure and small dwelling unit/warehouse and independent villas.
FTTH Drop Cable Fiber Type: G.652, G.655 or G.657 single-mode fiber, A1a orA1b, OM3 or OM4 multi-mode fiber, or other types of fiber.Jacket Material: Environmental flame retardant polyvinylchloride(PVC), environmental low smoke zero halogen flame retardant polyolefin(LSZH),environmental halogen flame retardant polyolefin(ZRPO), orother contracted material.Jacket Color: (Including color of fiber) meets the requirements of relevant standards, or other contracted color.
