Based on the original vertical multi-stage pump, the unit developed a new generation of XBD (I) medium and low pressure fire pump sets based on the latest standard requirements for fire pumps. This series of pumps meets the requirements of fire pumps in terms of performance, structure, materials and accessories. Due to the excellent hydraulic model, this series of pumps meets the requirements of users; the vertical pump structure has the characteristics of high efficiency and wide performance range, which can better save the advantages of floor space: high quality bearings and high quality motors. The pump operation is safer and more reliable, the noise is low, and the vibration is small; the hydraulic balance axial force is used to reduce the balance drum, which makes the operation more stable. The shaft seal has two forms: mechanical seal and packing seal. The pump has the characteristics of inlet and outlet flange line arrangement, high speed and light weight.

3.installation
1. The weight of the pipeline should be independently supported during installation and should not be taken by the pump, otherwise the pump will be damaged.
2. The pump and motor are the whole structure. It has been calibrated by the factory at the time of shipment. It does not need to be adjusted during installation, so the installation is very convenient.
3. The installation must be tightened to the foot stud, and the pump should be inspected at regular intervals to prevent it from loosening, so as to avoid vibration when the pump starts and affect the performance of the pump.
4. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are hard objects (such as stones, iron sand, etc.) running in the pump flow path to avoid damage to the flow parts when the pump is running.
5. For convenient and safe maintenance, install a regulating valve on the inlet and outlet of the pump and install a pressure gauge near the pump inlet. For high lift pumps, in order to prevent water hammer, it should also be installed before the pump outlet gate valve. A check valve to cope with sudden power failure and other power failures to ensure that the pump operates under optimal conditions and prolong the service life of the pump.
6. If the pump is used for suction, it should be equipped with a bottom valve, and the inlet pipe should not have too many elbows, and there should be no leakage or air leakage, so as not to affect the suction performance of the pump.
7. In order to block the flow path without entering impurities into the pump, a filter should be installed before the pump inlet.
8. Rotate the rotor part of the water pump before installing the pipeline. There should be no friction or jamming. Otherwise, the reason for the inspection should be disassembled.
