into place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures that maximum heat transfer is maintained at high tube metal temperatures.

Shandong Jianning Co., Ltd is a commercial producer of embedded  type G Steel aluminum bimetal fin tubes with over 20 years experience in the fin tube industry.  We produce a high fin embedded tube with 1/2" and 5/8" high fins at 10 fins per inch using stainless, aluminum, and alloy tubes. Our embedding tube is aluminum 1060F. 

 The fin is mechanically embedded into a groove that is plowed in the tube O.D. and is locked into place by rolls that force the groove to tightly close around the fin base.  Embedded Fins provide good heat tranfer qualities and can be used in conditions up to 750 degrees (F).
