2.Process for making SPC flooring: 

a. Grinding the pvc powder into powder shape.

b.Mixing: mixing all raw materials for making spc together in a proper ratio.

c. Extruding the mixed raw mateirals into customized length for SPC flooring and press the color film wear layer with spc core together.

d. UV coating: UV painting the semi finished SPC flooring. And cutting SPC flooring into the demand size as per customers' wish.
