Our company mainly produces various specifications of cold
finished precision steel pipe, which are widely used in hydraulic
Pneumatic cylinder for automobile, engineering machinery, textile
machinery, printing machinery, oil drilling and other field.
Our company are equipped with JLB250T hydraulic cold drawn set,
LED120 cold rolling set, annealing surface, strong honed machine,
polishing machine, lathe, saws CNC skived and roller burnished
machine, kinds of testing machine. Strictly comply with ISO9001
System, assure the best quality of the products.
16Mn is called low-alloy high-strength structural steel: the carbon
content is 0.1%-0.25%, and the main alloy element Mn (Mn), silicon
(Si), vanadium (V), niobium (Nb) and titanium (Ti) are added.16Mn is
the old national standard, which is now classified as low alloy and
high strength structural steel. The current number is Q345.
Its total alloy content is <3%.It is divided into four levels: 300, 350,
400 and 450MPa.There are mainly Q295, Q345, Q390, Q420 and Q460.
Yield: "Q" is the word "bow" of Chinese pinyin capital letter, followed

OTHER USE DELIVERY CONDATION
1. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, threfore small steel pipe plasticly,
the plasticly degree does not guarantee
2. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried
out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again
3. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective
atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when
machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending,
flaring)
5. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
