Hydraulic cylinder tube
1.The hydraulic cylinder tube is the main part of the hydraulic cylinder.
2.The inner hole of the hydraulic cylinder tube usually precision processed by boring,reaming,rolling
or honing.
3.By these process can ensure the piston,sealing elements and the supportelements move smoothly,
then ensure the sealing effect and reduce the abrasion.
4.The hydraulic cylinder tube will bear big pressure,so need high strength and stiffness.
Delivery Condition
1. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, threfore small steel pipe plasticly, the plasticly degree does not guarantee
2. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again
3. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
