Features:

Compared with traditional manual plastering and rendering machine, KLW-150 plastering machine has the following advantages:

(1) This machine is an advanced screw-type high-pressure mortar spraying equipment, which is easy to operate and maintain even without special skills.

(2) Evenly spraying performance, no fly ash and dust fall. It can save water and materials more than 20% of the costs.

(3) Free spraying on the wall, roof, internal and external corners. It can improve work efficiency and save costs.

(4) High efficiency. The machine can spray 120-150 square meters per hour, equivalent to daily workload of 20 skilled workers, which can effectively shorten the construction period and save costs.

KLW-150 Plastering Machine is a new developed high-pressure screw type cement mortar plastering machine. Due to its advanced technology, convenient operation and maintenance, this plastering machine is widely used, as following:

2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?

A: After long-time running, the stator & rotor, spraying nozzle may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.

Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale -how many square meters you will spray.

3. Q: Can we have customized model?

A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.

4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?

A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if any operation procedure is unclear.
