1.KBYSB Hydraulic pump adopts hydraulic medium (slurry,hydraulic oil) to transmit the pressure signal,forming a closed automatic control system.

2.Hydraulic pump adopts double fluid grout pump adjuster with accurate adjustment and no over-pressure performance.

3.Hydraulic pump adopts new hydraulic system, stable reversing device, reliable performance.

4.Hydraulic pump can achieve continuously adjustable flux output and output pressure, and automatically adjust the flux output according to the requested grouting pressure.

5.Hydraulic pump is equipped with an accumulator with large capacity, achieving zero-speed reversion, and a cooler with large contact area, prolonging the continuous run time.

6.Small size, light weight, convenient movement and operation.

1.ZBYSB series hydraulic grout pump is widely applied for high-pressure high-volume grout for blocking and reinforce in mining well, tunnel, hydraulic engineering, subway, bridge and building construction.

2.ZBYSB series grout pump is a hydraulic reciprocating pump with low-frequency stroke and high thrust, so it can grout backward and grout thick slurry or liquid with particles.

3.ZBYSB series grout pump can grout single liquid, double liquid or chemical liquid.

2. Q: What is the vulnerable part? How many spares should we prepare?

A: After long-time running, the rubber piston and cylinder sleeve may get worn. We will offer some spares for free.

Referring to the service life of each part, we will put a rough estimate of requested spares according to your project scale.

3. Q: Can we have customized model?

A: Yes. Customized production and OEM production are available according to your actual requirements.

4. Q: Do i need technical skills to operate this machine?

A: Yes. Please read the Operation Instruction for some basic technical skills before operating this machine, and contact us if any operation procedure is unclear.

5. Q: What should we do if there are some problems with the machine?

A: The Operate Instruction will help with routine maintenance and common problems.

6. Q: What is the lead time?

A: 1 week for sample model, 2~3 weeks for customized model. It depends for mass production.

A: The machine will be wrapped by plastic film and packed by fumigation-free wooden case along with spare parts.
