1, Sample sevice:  Free sample can be sent to you free for quality checking, but the freight fee will be on customer's charge. normally the stock are not available since we are manufacturer, the lead time will be 15days.

2, Special design: we are a very professional and skillful team which can design motor and pump if you need special product, it is better that you can send us samples, we could make a complete one to you.

3.  After service: 2 years guarantee for all spare parts, once burnt during this time, we will send you a new for free.

Q: Do you offer OEM service?

A: Yes, and you can authorize us to use your brand logo upon a certain amount quantity.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance against B/L copy.  Or irrevocable L/C. DP, OA are acceptable

Q: What is your lead time?

A: About 30 days after receiving deposit or original L/C.

Q: What certifiicates do you have?

A: We have CE, ISO. And we can apply for specific certificate for different country such as COI for Iran, SASO for Saudi Arabia, CIQ for egypt etc
