Precautions for High Pressure Laboratory Reactor:

<1> Do different media reaction in the reactor, you should first identify whether the media will corroded the main materials. You must place a special order such as the chemical reaction which is instant violent reaction,produce a lot of gas or high temperature flammable and explosive materials, and ultra high pressure, ultra high temperature, or media containing chloride ions, fluoride ions which will cause serious corrosive effect to stainless steel.
<2> Reaction medium should not exceed 2/3 of the kettle body fluid surface.
<3> The reactor in working or at the end, it is forbidden to bring pressure to disassembly it .It is also prohibited working in the condition of overpressure and overtemperature.
<4> When you clean the autoclave, please not let water or other liquids into the furnace to prevent the heater wire burning out. If it is conducting oil heating of the jacket, please not let water or other liquid incorporated therein.Besides, you should also check the oil level of HTF regularly.
<5> If it has abnormal noise of inside of the isolation cover during operation, please stop the machine and check the mixing system whether is good or bad. Regularly check the amount of oscillating quantity, if the momentum is too big, please replace the bearing or sliding bushing.
