A:We offer 12months Gurantee for all of our products.

Our company provides a guarantee on purchased goods from the date factory inspection, subject to the requirements of the consumer, product manuals, instructions and descriptions of those attached to the delivered goods.

The warranty is in valid under the follow situations::

1. Normal wear parts and assemblies;

2. Failure to comply with the operating instructions;

3. Using substandard consumables (fuel, motor oil);

4. Violation of the storage conditions, mechanical damage during transportation.

5 .Any changes to the model you purchased.

2.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there? 
A: Our factory is located in Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, about 2 hours train from Shanghai .2hours plane from Guangzhou. All our clients, from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

A: Only New material can be used for our products.

Materials for Generator: 100% Pure Crankcase;

                                              If you request copper wire, must 100% Pure Copper Wire ;

                                              If you request Aluminium, must 100% Aluminium.

Materials for Water Pump: 100% Pure Auminium Pump body and Crankcase
