TGYF benchtop high pressure reactor is a kind of simple type high pressure reactor that made from stainless steel and use magnetic stirring method, there are multiple volume selections to choose from.
According to product appearance and stirring method, it can be divided into following three types:
TGYF-A: simple configuration, magnetic stirring at the bottom.
TGYF-B: good appearance, magnetic stirring at the bottom.
TGYF-C: good appearance, magnetic stirring at the top.
TGYF benchtop high pressure reactor:
Stirring method: magnetic stirring, no shaft seal leakage and other maintenance problem, more safe and practical.
Stirring motor: high power motor, powerful and stable in performance.
Gas inlet valve: gas inlet needle valve.
Sampling valve: convenient to take samples at any time during reaction process.
Vent valve: convenient for the vacuum treatment and gas replacement before reaction, it is the air release valve when finish reaction.
Pressure gage: real-time monitoring the reaction temperature.
Temperature probe: inset inside the reactor to real-time monitor the reaction temperature.
Heating unit: module heating, quick and precise, digital display screen.
Sealing model:
Reactor body and cover is made form high quality stainless steel, and they are connected by uniformly distributed king bolts and nuts.
High pressure reactor’s main sealing face use conical surface and arc surface line contact, through screwing down the mother nut to get good mechanical sealing performance, and don’t exceed the regulated tightening torque range of 40~120 N·m, in case of sealing face is extruded or overload abrasion. Please keep the sealing face clean and avoid scar, and please handle gently with the reactor cover.
