We provide a series of excavator buckets including standard bucket, strengthen bucket, rock bucket and macadam bucket. We use the domestic high strength structural steel 16Mn in standard bucket, which makes it suitable in digging general clay, ripping and loading sand, soil, gravel and in other light work environment. The tooth base board and side blade plate of the strengthen bucket are parts easy to be damaged, so we choose the domestic high strength alloy plate WH60A, making it suitable in digging the hard soil mixed with the soft macadam and loading macadam, gravel and in other heavy work environment.

We use Wugang’s high strength alloy plate WH60D, WH60C from Henan province in manufacturing the tooth base board, side blade plate and ear plate of the rock bucket, and use high-strength wearing plate 65MN in the back stripes of the bucket. It makes the bucket suitable in digging hard soil mixed with hard macadam, times solid rock, weathered granite and loading solid rock, or in other heavy operating environment.
