Seawater Desalination Plant Process characteristics
1. Ion exchange resin has the advantages of small area, frequent ion regeneration and good environmental impact.
2. Reverse osmosis + mixed bed is the current process to produce ultra-pure water. It needs acid-base regeneration to produce ultra-pure water continuously. Its advantages are easy to use and easy to operate.
3. Using reverse osmosis as pretreatment and electrodeionization (EDI) device, this is the current preparation process of ultra-pure water for environmental protection. Ultra-pure water can be continuously produced without acid and alkali regeneration, which will not destroy the environment.
Seawater Desalination Plant Technological process
1. Ion exchange is adopted, and the process is as follows:
Raw Water→Raw Water Pressure Pump→Multimedia Filter→Activated Carbon Filter→Softener Precision Filter→Anionic Resin Filter Bed→Anionic Resin Mixed Bed→Microporous Filter→Water Point
2. Reverse osmosis + mixed bed is adopted, and the process is as follows:
Water pipe network→raw water pump→flocculation dosing→mechanical filter→activated carbon filter→scale inhibition dosing→security filter →high pressure pump→reverse osmosis device→intermediate water tank→mixing bed pump→mixing bed device→precision filter→desalination tank
3. Using EDI method, the process is as follows:
Raw Water→Raw Water Pressure Pump→Multimedia Filter→Activated Carbon Filter→Softener Precision Filter→Primary Reverse Osmosis Machine→Intermediate Water Tank→Intermediate Water Pump→EDI System→Microporous Filter→Water Point
