Q1:Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a manufacturer.

Q2.Where is your factory located?

Our factory is in Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.

It's near Shanghai port.

It's about 1 hour by express train or 4 hours by car from Shanghai to our city.

Q3: How many days for production delivery?

Ordinarily it costs 20-25 workdays for 2x40ft containers. Sample order in 5 days.

Q4: What is your terms of payment ?

Payment<=2500USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2500USD, 30% T/T in advance,

balance after production completed.

Q5:How about quality control in your factory?

We strictly operate full QC process,such as incoming inspection,process inspection,

final inspection. Each engine,generator and water pump must be tested in production line.

Q6:How about guarantee?

We provide 1 year warranty for all products,which are Generator Warranty Statement

(1500-1800RPM),Generator Warranty Statement (3000-3600RPM),Pump set Warranty

Statement.
