1. Main body part:

It is made up by based plate,vertical shaft,top plate,pressing chamber,oil pan,screw nut and so on.This is a main part of the whole machine.The oil crops are inside of the screw chamber and pushing the crops by the force of the cylinder then the oil flows out from the chamber line from the oil pan to the storage bottle.

2. Drving hydraulic part:

This is the main working drving power source.It consists of drving shaft,worm gear,worm,gear pump,high-pressure pump,overflow value,cylinder assemble, conduit couple and so on. This hydraulic pump has a faster pressing speed and is able to bear high temperature. The machine can work smoothly when the oil temperature is abrove 65℃ without cooling device and can last for long time. Low noise and energy saving are features of this machine.

3. Electrical control part:

This part consists of engineer,voltmrter,temperature control & adjusting table, pressure gauge, power insurance,etc.
