Product Description

Maize germ oil is obtained from the maize seedlings, which are removed in the production of maize starch.

Depending on their origin, these seedlings contain up to 50 percent oil. As this is a by-product, the quantity of maize germ oil produced worldwide is comparatively little compared to other edible oils.

Corn oil extracting

Oil extracting method is to immerse the oil seed flake, prepressing cake or puffed material embryo
into the selected solvent, oil dissolved in solvent form into mixed oil and then separate the mixed oil
from solid mill.Evaporate the solvent and separate from oil based on evaporation and stripping of the
mixed oil. Thus weget the crude oil. Solid meal after extracting contains a certain amount of solvent.
Get the product meal after desolventizing.the solvent vapor from wet meal desolventizing, mixed oil
evaporation and stripping and out of other equipment require recovery pass through condensation,
paraffin oil absorption.

Oil refining workshopis to the high-grade cooking oil from crude oil through the hydration degum-
ming, continuous decoloring, filtering, continuous deacidifying and deodorizing 4 main sections.
