TDXZ Vibro Bin Discharger

Ideal for trouble-free discharge of products from storage silo or bin, such as: flour, semolina, bran, pellets, germ and flakes.

The bottom vibrating discharger is widely used for discharging stuff in form of powder similar to wheat flour from the bottom of the bin or silo in flour mill, feed mill chemical industry and pharmaceutics industry. The vibrating motor used as vibration source helps the discharging hopper to vibrate at high frequency

The hopper is home at its center to a conic discharging plate which is used to push the stuff move evenly and slowly out of the outlet and to prevent bridging inside the silo. It’s really an ideal discharging equipment at the silo bottom.

1. Application and features of bin discharge

TDXZ Model Vibro Bin Discharger applies to flour, feed, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, flour-like powder silo discharge at the end of its vibration motor as vibration source, driving dump skip high frequency vibration. Unloading of the Centre is provided with a conical hopper discharge plate, slowly and evenly from warehouse items outlet and prevent items in the warehouse with the arch, is an ideal bin unloading equipment.
