Application:
wheat flour brushing machine removes the last trace of flour from the bran, thus recovering flour that has
commercial value, while at the same time producing a good quality bran which is relatively free from starch. The machine thus increases flour extraction in a flour mill. It has a compact design, easy operation with high capacity.
Working principle:
it principally consists of a mild steel casing, support base, rotor with beater rails, sieveand a V-belt drive motor.
The casing and support base is made of 4 mm mild steel, there is an air inlet on the top side.

1. Advanced rotor design, dynamically balanced rotor bar, therefore avoid running imbalanced vibration
happening.
2. Octagon shaped sieve designing which gives effective stock classification.
3. Convenience and quick change designing for screens maintenance.
