Complete Oil Press/Extraction/Refining Peanut Oil Production Line

This oil production line is suitable for raw material of sunflower seeds, soybean, peanuts, rapeseed, corn germ, tea seed, rice bran, etc. 

This complete Peanut Oil Production Line mainly includes 3 sections: 

1. Oil seeds pretreat&pressing line: according to features of raw material, choose accomodate process, improve oil yield, reduce production consumption, save energy and protect the inviroment. 

According to customer's needs, one set of equipment can process variety of oilseeds. 

2. Oil extraction line: 

A. 1-20T/DAY oil extraction line: tank group extraction

B. 20-200T/DAY oil extraction line: rotary extractor

C. 200-500T/DAY oil extractio line: towline extractor

The oil material will be extracted with solvent after pretreatment section, to get crude oil and meal in above 3 kinds of extraction production line. The purpose of extraction is to improve oil yield and ecnomic benefit. 

3. Oil refining line: oil refining is to selectively separate oil accompaniment from crude oil by physical and chemical methods. It aims to remove harmful ingredients  and enhance oil storage stability, to improve oil flavour and color.
