Crushing&mixing machine

This smallhammer mill is a multi-function hammer mill crusher that is suitable for many kinds of raw materials.
Application:

1. Corn,grain,dry oilcake.
2. Dry straw,grass,stalk,plastic,small tree branches,wood chips,etc
3. Sorghum, wheat straw, rice straw, potato vine, corn stalk, peanut vine, bean bar, etc. 

Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine

1. Both rollers and flat die have passed wear-resistant process. The two sides of the flat die are exchangeable, which extends its service life and lowers cost. 

2. Compact structure, low consumption, convenient to move and easy to clean.

3. Applicable raw material: all types of agricultural material is ok. Such as wheat powder/bran, soybean powder/bran, corn powder, rich husk, straw, etc. and other kind of biomass material. 

Horizontal Single-shaft Mixer

1. This U-shape horizontal screw mixer has the features of high efficiency, good mixing quality, unloading quickly, less residue, etc.

2. The raw material put into this mixer should be powder material. 

Pellet Coolling&Screening Machine

1.The feed pellets pressed out by the feed pellet mill are hot and moist. They can't be crushed, screened or packed immediately.
2. This combined feed pellet cooling & screening machine is designed to cool/dry and screening the feed pellets. It can decrease the temperature and moisture of the feed pellets, preparing for the following processes. It also can be used to screen and grade the feed pellets. After processing, you can get the qualified feed pellets without fine powder.
