Vertical Mixer

The screw inside the mixer conveys the material from bottom to the up and then the material fall down from both sides inside the mixer, the same motion are repeated to achieve the effect of material mixing. 

Flat Die Feed Pellet Machine

Pelleting process( flat die pellet machine):When materials meet the pelleting requirement, which means the material particle size is less than 6mm, and the moisture is 12-20%. At this time, the materials can be transferred to the pellet machine for pelleting. When raw material is delivered into the pelletizing chamber, they will be pressed into die hole. The die rotates and the roller is stationary at the same time. The resulting pressure will compress the material and extrude it through the hole of the die. As they are extruded, cutting knives will cut the pellets into specified size. You can adjust to get pellet with different length.
