Ⅰ.Application
The machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6111 Thermoplastics pipes for the conveyance of fluids ----Resistance to internal pressure----Test method and GB/T15560Standard test method for short-time hydraulic failure and resistance to constant internal pressure of the plastics pipes for the transport of fluids . It is suitable to determine the pressure-resisting broken time or the maximum pressure value of instantaneous blast of thermoplastic pipes and compound pipes (such as PP-R ,PP-B ,PP-A ,PE ,PE-X ,PVC ,PVC-U and PVC-C ) under long-term constant internal pressure and temperature .It is indispensable for manufacturers of plastic pipes and testing institutions .

Ⅱ.Feature
The pressure system of the machine is non-air hydro-pressure (the media is water) by adopting advanced German technology and structure .It is safe and reliable .The key components are all high precisioned imported from aboard and advance productions made domestically .The electronic control system adopts origin Taiwan PLC control ;the operation system adopts computer control system to display the real time test pressure and test time .The machine is unmanned guarded testing equipment controlling by PLC .The PLC transmits the controlling signal to every executive component and the components feed back the test result to PLC continuously so that the orders can be executed .The executions and orders are transmitted to carry out the dialog between operator and machine through interfaces .The pressure sampling frequency of pressure sensor is 0.3 nsec. to ensure the improvement of signal feedback speed ,control precision and the stability for long-term working of the whole system .The machine can control the test pressure ,test time of every line separately .The tests of the other lines are not affected when the sample broken and the test is finished or the sample leakage happened within one line so that the machine can finish the pipe tests of different specifications ,models and materials at the same time .The machine has the protection function when power is off .When the harmful tendencies such as power failure emerged ,the data will be restored automatically and the origin test data will be saved after the power is restored .The machine has strong anti-disturbance capability .It is originated domestically and has high cost performance .
