Air conditioner radiator recycling Copper Aluminum Separator is used for recycling scrap air conditioner radiators,its main function is to separate the copper pipe and aluminum foil. Separating rate can be up to 99.9%.
1.Before feeding the radiators into the machine,galvanized iron sheet should be removed. It will break the blades of the machine. You could use electrical saw or band saw or other ways.
2. When radiators are more than 2 layers or wider than 40 cm, a band saw is needed to split them into one or two layers or suitable width. (We also provide the band saw if you need it)

1. All machines, which is less than a full container, are packed by the standard wooden case for exporting. So it is safe and strong enough for a long journey from our factory to your place.
2. If all the machines are shipped by a full container, the container will be loaded in our factory by our workers. Also, all the machines will be fixed onto the container.
