Basic process: automatic fall cup - automatic filling, automatic film - automatic hot-pressing sealing - with automatic out of the cup

Aluminum parts: adopt aluminum alloy acid aluminum mold, not deformation, corrosion resistant function.
Frame part: adopt high quality carbon steel welded together, spray paint, then coated with 304 stainless steel, touch the ground with a strong bolt.Can also make the stainless steel.

Filling system: the loading for 304 stainless steel material of piston cylinder filling way, size can be customized.Filling volume can be adjusted freely, accurate quantitative filling precision is high.
Put the membrane system: the machine automatic grabbing pieces of membrane with vacuum arm, into the empty cup again, high accuracy, save time efficiently.

Packing

We send the machine picture which you order . then packing it with standard export wooden box after you confirm machine is ok .
Different machines package will different . we supply standard export wooden box ,carton box package . if big machine and production line machine it will be loaded in the container directly 

Delivery

1.Delivery by sea :After delivery it to seaport . will tell you the shipping time and addrive time . Finally , send all origin documents to you by Express for free .
2.Delivery by Express to your door (DHL/TNT/Fedex/UPS etc ) or by air to your city airport .Will tell you the Express tracking number
3.Delivery to the warehouse which you reques . Will tell you
logistic or express tracking number
