Split type foam block machine adopts the form that separates horizontal grinder and melting machine. Put the grinder machine onto the ground when operating it and hold a broom to sweep the material onto it. Blowing to the host hopper directly by the fan after crushing these material.

It saves the labor as well as avoiding the risk of manual operation.
