1.Reset the mold, Brush the mold with lubrication oils(paint once every time the chalks come out ,the lubrication oil is matched with 90% kerosene and 10% peanut oil)

2. Fill water bucket with water.

3.Add plaster power into the water (Plaster :Water Ratio: 1 to 1).

4. Manual blending till solvent is evenly mixed.

5. Pour liquid mixture carefully .into the mold of machine till all holes are filled .It is called casting

6.Use scraper to scrape the surface till looks flat, even , plaster solvent fill the holes well,no excessive plaster liquids yielding etc

7. Wait 5-6 minutes till the plaster solvent concreted.

8. Turn the mold up side down and ready for opening mold

9.Draw in Wood Case as chalk holders to the bottom of machine straightly. Turn the mold up side down and ready for opening mold

10. Wood chalk holder slides into its correct position.

11. Pull the handle connected to the cam mechanism just to release the shaped chalks out. Reset the Cam handle to its original position

12. Draw out the Chalk holder case
