HNJ -SR112/UV is a special plastic container screen printing machine which prepare for printing soft tube special material plastic container.

HNJ -SR112/UV has a precision design，it uses divider rotary transfer system, efficient UV lamp drying system and automatic positioning system. The waiting printing which pressed in turntable completes printing  after rotating around once the machine. The max printing speed is 3600/h. It is satisfied with client for excellent printing and high efficiency due to perfect design. Its configurations including: PLC control system, touch screen interface, ‘No-object No-printing’ photoeletric sensor, servo motor right-left registration, advanced motor front- back registration,servo printing system, automatic up-down printing head system,automatic loading & unloading systems,fire system(can selection),anti-static(can selection). Ect.

  Beside,HNJ - SR112/UV can change to caps of screen printing. If print single color, it can take servo screen printing system turn into mechanical printing system(can reduce cost), it also can make up a high production chain which choose mass auto drive feeder, and can not choose UV system but equip hot air drying oven as well.
