1. jacketed kettle is composed of kettle ,backet ,worm wheel and worm etc. The kettle can revolve with 180 degree,the equipment is used for open concentration,mainly for deoting and concentration of liquids in industries of pharmaceutical industry, food industry ,chemical industry and light industry etc. The machine is made of stainless steel SUS304,which has perfect corrsion-proof performance, and is highly endurable according to GMP requirements.Blender also can be added according customer requirements.
2. The material of this machine is good quality stainless steel, we can also make it half-stainless steel, that is just the inner pot is stainless steel. There are two types of the jacketed cooking kettle, one is tilting type, the cooking pot can rooling in 360 degree angle. The other type is vertical kettle, the pot will be fixed and can not tilt. With the tileting type kettle, you can discharge the material automatically.
