The Main Materials of Mosquito Repellent Incense: carbon power, starch, wood power etc.

The process of Mosqution production: raw material mixing, mosquito repellent incense molding, baking and drying, spraying medicine, inspection and packaging.

The equipments of small scale mosquito repellent incense consist of: large mixing, grout mixer, small mixer, the forming machine, the drying room, automatic mosquito repellent molding machine, automatic piece-distribution machine and assemble.

All the machine above and their functions are mature in China at present. And the production scale is according to the production lines, one line can produce 135000~165000pcs 8 hours/ day under normal production conditions of domestic.

1.Large mixing: to mix all raw materials together, and ger ready to next grout mixer.

2.Grout mixer: put starches into the machine, cook the starches by boiling water or steam.Using water or steam Jie Ke, mixing pulp evenly.

3.Small mixer: put the raw materials which are mixed by the first step and the starches that it is cooked together , and then they are called  the wet green. This machine has a design and generous, simple operation, easy maintenance, automatic reversing feed and so on. Stir in hand to install a simple, durable wear-resistant, weldable change, reduce production costs.

4.The forming machine: put the ready mixed wet greens into the forming machine. After going through the second pressure, it will form the mosquito wet-green.

5.The drying room: push the mosquito wet-green into the drying room, dewater, drying for a while , and then it is the mosquito dried-green. ( this is a local building)

6.Automatic mosquito-repellent molding machine: the machine will collect the mosquito-repellent incense automatically. And will get ready to next step: spraying.

7.Automatic piece-distribution machine: collect the mosquito-repellent incense together, and send them into the next step.

8.Stainless Steel Chemical Spray of THPY-300 types: when the mosquitos come in this machine, the machine will spray the chemical drugs onto the mosquito-repellent incense, in order to kill the mosquitos.

Assemble: put the mosquito-repellent incense into the package, then into the carton, and collect them into the arehouse.

About packaging, for small size or single machine, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.
For multiple machines or production line,it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.

EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.

FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.

* How to make the payment?

Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will baccepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

*Date of delivery?

We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.

*Suitablity of motor?

As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

*After sale service?

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
