3. Working principle 
Wet materials are input into the hopper, the fuel boile generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and thn is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going thought the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber)of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and 
The dried materialsare expelled out b the exhaust bower(fan). 

4. Operating rules 
1)After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal. 
2)Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of he dust catcher. 
3)Feed thematerial to be dried to the hopper, remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed. 
4)Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of th blower get to 100C, begining feeding and drying. 
5)Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favourable to feeding.

About packaging, for small size or single machine, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting.

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, usually it needs wrapped with plastic firstly, then loaded in container.
