Working principle:

The pellet dryer is using hot air as heat medium to dry the pellet.it's internal mainly consists of Air intake ventilation section and Angular ventilation box.Outside the Angular ventilation box, it's full of the pellet ,the pellet flow from top to bottom,Hot air from the air intake ventilation section to downward direction across the pellet layer, and exhaust through the exhaust Angle shape box. The hot air flow and pellet flow.Hot air through the pellet layer, and heat and moisture transfer with the pellet, hot air heat will be transferred to the pellet, then heat the pellet, the moisture evaporates into the air, exhaust gas discharge. Then the dried and hot pellet flow down to the tempering section ,the tempering section make pellet of inside and outside layer temperature and moisture into balance,achieve homogeneous precipitation. And then the pellet enters the cooling section, after the cooling, the temperature of the pellet will cool down to the storage temperature,and then come out the machine.

For multiple machines or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, 40HQ, unually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in container.

Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.

*Suitablity of motor?

As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
