small type cassava starch extraction line

The small type cassava starch extraction line adopts wet process in the production process, with mature and reasonable technology, advanced equipments, scientific distribution and without any additives through the whole process. Starch production process is designed for six sections which are cleaning - pulverizing - screening – concentrating and refining - dehydration - drying. Specially, the equipment which is used for the pulverizing section and screening section gains a national patent of China. Advantages: unique technique of multistage crush, multistage filters, multilevel extrusion in circulation; low energy consumption, high starch extraction yield, good quality of output starch.
