1.Sawdust, wood shavings, waste wood, used pallet and so on.

2.Usually the size range from 75mm to 145mm, the common size of block is 75*75mm, 90mm*90mm, 100*100mm, 90*90mm, 90*100mm, 100*100mm, customer can chose the specification with hole or without holes, and our technical team could design and customize the other different size according to customers’ needs.

 1.The raw material should be wood waste materials, such as  wood shavings,sawdust and so on.

2. moisture: 8%-10%

2. Drying---Dry the raw materials into certain moisture as 10%;
3. Glue Mixing---Mix materials with glue water;

4. Pressing---Press materials into block shape as your demand size.
