1) install the pig's feet unhairing machine, put a knife switch connect ground socket on the machine side, and then make machine idle running 5 minutes.
2)Put the pig's feet in 57° degrees water to soak, at the same time use the stick stirring constantly to make pig feet heated evently.
3) put the pig feet into the pig's feet unhairing machine after scalding , put about 20kg/time.
4) close the knife switch, the pig's feet unhairing machine start operate, open water inlet, running 5 minutes to clean
