* The price you paid to us is not including your import tax. The DHL or TNT express may charge you the import tax according to your country's import policy. And they may ask you to offer some document to clear your customs when machine's value is need to do formal customs clearance. So It is better for you to check this part with your local DHL or TNT express agent before you paid to us.

*About Refund

Machines and equipment are mainly selling in our store, and most of them are in heavy weight or large volume which leads to expensive international express fee. If you are not received the goods within delivery time, please contact us ASAP before apply for a refund. And every machine is check in good condition before shipment.
