The washing system is consist of three part                                         
One.  The main cylinder washing system is advanced
1. We added bubble washing into traditional spiral-flow type washing.
At the washing tank bottom, we have installed a high pressure air tube. So that the user can avoid the old problem—vegetable gathering which occurs in traditional eddy vegetable washing. Double washing can assure the cleanness of all kinds of vegetable.

2. No stop block design
Cylinder block internal is of smooth and semicircle type design. During the washing process,

there without sudden water spray out, only continuous spiral-flow water to help vegetables moving and shaking. We can actually achieve the effect of no collision damage in the material cleaning, wash vegetable and fruit thoroughly. Besides, this washing style can also make vegetable under double protection, without any injury.

Two: Vibrator system

1. We have replaced traditional conveyor belt to vibration transport. The structure is simpler. It will reduce vegetable cleaning time. Machine becomes more convenient to use.
2. The food contact part is made of punching hole design. It is effective to separate residue and goods.
3. We adopted imported suspension arm, in order to remove the excess water during the continuous low frequency vibration. We think that will be a good to next dehydration step.                                            

Three: Circulating water system

 1. The secondary filter wedge precision filter, Front: 0.3 mm, Back : 1.5 mm  The front side can filter hair, insect, vegetables. The back side can do wash in once time. It can get rid of the problem of traditional planar mesh clean not enough. The superior design for better filtering, more convenient to clean.

2.  Moisturizing Design                                                                                        

 Automatic giving water design: there is an automatic giving water device in recycling water tank. The cleaning system, except the main water inlet in cleaning master cylinder, we have a vice giving water inlet in the recycling water tank. The main job for vice giving water inlet is to supply the moisture which material carried during the washing process. When the water is lower than the setting water level, it automatic giving water.
