Equipment use
The peanut shelling and cleaning machine is an environmentally friendly machine. After removing the heavy debris such as stones, shovel, iron blocks and the like and debris and floating dust, the peanut fruit is transported by the wind transport device to the shelling system for shelling. working principle
The peanut shelling unit consists of a de-doping system and a shelling system.
The de-missing system consists of an electric motor, a feed hopper, a sorting screen, a crankshaft, a suction fan, and a wind transport device.
The peanut-containing peanuts flow from the feed hopper into the sorting screen, and the debris and floating dust containing the peanuts are sucked out of the machine under the action of the crankshaft and the suction fan. The heavy impurities are sorted through a sorting sieve, and flow out from the sieve surface to the exhaust port. The depleted peanut fruit flows from the screen surface through the discharge port into the air transport device and is transported to the hopper of the shelling system.
The shelling system consists of an electric motor, a feeding hopper, a shelling mechanism, a sorting sorting screen, a crankshaft, a suction fan, an A transporting device, and a B transporting device.
