Introduction of the machine

1.This machine is used to cut the cassava into slices with higher capacity.It can be equipped with the peeling machine or can be used alone.The thickness of the slice can be adjusted.

2. The cassava cutting machine make fresh potato chips and french fries.

3. The size of sticks and slices can be adjusted from 0.5-10mm.(according

to special order)

We offer a series of the machinery for the cassava processing with the output from 700kg to 200tons per hour.The machines include cassava washing machine,peeling machine,crushing machine,pulp grinding machine,bagasse separator,condenser,dehydrator, screening and packing machine.We can make the line according to customer requirement.   

Operational Introduction

First step:

1.We can loose the screws which are mainly used to tighten cutter plate and blade to change the distance (1.5-2.0cm is the best) between cutter plate and blade. 

2.After adjusting the distance into our requirement,we should tight the screws again. 

 Second step:

1.Loosing the screws which tight the feeding funnel in order to adjust the distance (2cm is the best)between feeding funnel and the cutter blade. 

2.After making sure there is no friction between the feeding funnel and  blade plate,we can tight the screw again.
