1. Improve meat quality and flexibility . Meat and source other flavour will absorb thoroughly with mixing tank rolling and in vacuum condition meat will expand and shrink .

2. Adjustable rolling direction . There are 2 rolling directions for your choice ( clockwise and anticlockwise ) .

3. Adjustable mixing time . The mixing time is adjustable , 0-12h .

4. When choose the automatic mixing button , the mixing tank will rotate in 4r/min.

5. The mixing tank is 180L and put about 100kg diced meat in it .

6. Good sealing effect . When mixing , there is not source outside the tank cover .
