This machine is mainly used to produce PVC agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. It can produce PVC pipes diameter from 16mm to 800mm.

This PVC pipe making machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Features and application :

AF Series plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the plastic PVC pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness in the aspects such as the agricultural an agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.

(1) Thin set is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, dragger, cutter, stirring up rack etc.
